Brazil currently boasts the largest electricity
market in South America. It has an installed
capacity on a par with UK and Italy and
consumes more than double the combined
consumption of Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and
Uruguay.
The next five years will see massive investment
in power generation and transmission projects spurred
on by the hosting of the World Cup in 2014 and the Rio
2016 Summer Olympic Games. These are exciting times with
