POLITEKNIK LTD.,established in 1976, is an Engineering Company emphasising on Design, Production, Construction and Manufacturing in the fields of ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATORS and EXPANSION JOINTS. This company acts as the mother company of the group.
Deals with the whole range of ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATORS activities ;
- New ESP’s – Turnkey projects, Design,Production,Installation,Start-up
- Old ESP’s - Rehabilitation ,Revision,Maintenance & Optimisation
Production of ESP components;Collecting Electrodes,Discharge Electrodes,
Rappıng , Suspension and Gas Distribution systems
2 . POLITEKNIK Metal Bellows Ltd.
Established in 1988,deals with Industrial Expansion Joints.Has factory and office in Istanbul.
Produces Industrial Expansion Joints ,covering almost the whole range with specs.;
Design according to EJMA standards / Max.diameter : 8000mm
Max.rectangular dimensions :6000 x 8000mm / Max.temperature : 900OC
Max.pressure :120 bar / Multi-ply / Pressure-balanced/X-pressure/ Camera-Corner types.
3. INTERMETALFLEX A.S.
A German-Turkish joint venture sister company based in Turkey.Established in 2003,
Deals with production of Metallic Flexible Hoses. Factory and office in Istanbul.
Produces 1.200.000m flexible metal hoses, 250.000m pre-insulated solar hoses and
200.000m solar boiler hoses.
With the increasing trend of using solar energy, the boiler hoses used as heat-exchanger
coils in solar water heaters and the solar panel and the boiler are connected by preinsulated
solar hoses.
